Welcome to Polish Gallery. By accessing or purchasing from polishgalleryshop.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products
Our products are hand crafted in Poland. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are natural and part of their charm; they are not defects. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly.
Pricing & orders
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Polish Gallery / Importer AM and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polish Gallery is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
