We ship from Chicago. Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the United States. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Most orders leave within one to two business days. In the weeks before Christmas that stretches, and we would rather say so on the site than let you guess.
Returns are open for 30 days from delivery. Send anything back unused and in its packaging and we will refund it. Return shipping is yours unless the item was wrong or faulty.
If something arrives broken, we replace it free. Send a photo to info@polishgalleryshop.com — you do not need to ship the pieces back to us. Glass breaks in transit sometimes. That is our problem to solve, not yours.
Ornaments are packed individually and boxed with care. If you are sending a large order somewhere cold or far, tell us and we will pack it heavier.
